Shipping Times

Standard Shipping (FREE)

• Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
• Total Time: 4-9 business days from order placement

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico and U.S. territories.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We're working on expanding our shipping options and hope to serve international customers soon!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using:

• The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• Your account dashboard on our website
• Directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping speed. Our system automatically selects the fastest and most reliable carrier for your delivery.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

Yes! We ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please allow additional time for military deliveries as they may take longer than standard domestic shipping.

Shipping Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

• Check with neighbors or household members
• Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, side door)
• Contact us within 48 hours and we'll investigate with the carrier

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately CONTACT HERE

. We'll send a replacement right away.
